Staff in cafe are friendly but please someone train them and being called love about 8 times is somewhat grating. They need to delegate properly. Someone doing teas and coffee and someone on the till. As I said training badly needed because they seem nice people.

Cafe shambolic. Waited for ages for coffees. Had finished our scones before the coffee arrived. Used to be great but not now. New staff very aggressive !

Huge selection in store, loads to look at! Staff are helpful and the food was top class.
