Shabby looking shop, barely anything in stock, and I had to save my young children from being run down by a staff member riding around the store on a pallet-truck. Couldn't give me advice on the tiles I was looking at, and I seemed to be disrupting the staff playtime by being there. I would avoid this store completely.

Went in, knew nothing about tiles nor tiling. Junior (looking) staff helped me out, told me what I needed and provided me with some guidance. Week later, I had tiled my own kitchen. Shop looks a bit 'shabby' but it sells tiles, so what did I expect. Regardless, appreciated store staff and service.
