They don't actually know what a day bed is, and their staff don't know what is in their own store. I only went in here because I had to, and all I found was overpriced, terrible quality rubbish. Don't bother.

This store sells nice and cozy sofas and impressively designed dining sets. Their sofas are mostly built by order so you need to set a waiting timeline for the item to arrive. And if you are not gifted with measurements have them come to measure because once delivered you can not exchange it for another size or design.

It is what it is, everything done and followed up as expected. Quality of finished product disappointing. Was badly finished they sent someone out to touch it up. If there was better quality control it would not have been an issue. Disappointed with overall service, will add maybe my expectations were to high.was a "fair" service for an expensive price. Was hoping to buy for the next 15- 20 years. Can't see it lasting due to quality.

Absolutely great furniture available here. The staff is extremely cooperative caring on each and every step of shopping.
