Our four bed house had only one bathroom, now it has three. Plumbing, electrics and cupboards were also extensively rearranged/ modernised throughout the bedrooms. Our experience of Redpath was positive from the start. Great design innovation in getting the most from a space. Close attention to detail in specifying/costing all aspects of the job. Commenced and finished according to an ambitious 6 week schedule. The Redpath team were great. Very professional with a totally 'can do' approach dealing with the inevitable problems, and always a pleasure to have in the house. We are delighted with the what they did to our home.

Excellent from start to finish. The quality of workmanship, the products and the personal attention we received were exceptional. Our high expectations were exceeded and customer service was second to none. We have a luxury bathroom which any 5 star hotel would be proud of and our kitchen is just stunning, but also functional. There were no hidden extras and the prices quoted were what we paid. During the renovations the workmen uncovered a few longstanding issues which we hadn't been aware of, but which had the potential to become a problem in the future. They rectified these without any fuss giving us peace of mind going forward. This was over and above what we expected and adds to the integrity of the company. It has been a pleasure dealing with Owen and we felt we were in safe hands from the outset.

No show for the quotation visit. When called to find out why (same day) were rude and told us to find someone else. Can't understand why they are not interested in work considering I'm after not just a bathroom... but a kitchen as well! 

Too late now...went elsewhere.

Job in West Lothian, we gave a full address.  We also checked before visiting the showroom if the area was covered (was told yes) then visited your showroom & discussed what we wanted / looked around.  Then booked a home visit.  No show.

We called and got a poor excuse of being in Edinburgh instead of or location despite having full address & postcode.  Was asked if you would attend and was told No, and go and look elsewhere - we did and now have a bathroom done. Now looking at a high end kitchen with the same company.  Ring a bell now?
