Bought from these guys as it was a fairly rare brown LWB transporter. This had excellent service history and despite it having a problem on the way home, their garage diagnosed it within 20 minutes and had a split inter cooler which was fixed the same day, no questions asked as under warranty. You do need to use their own garage in Saltash which is massive, so just factor that in if you are travelling far. Very happy with the service, including the advisory free MOT standard for their cars.

I bought a van from them and it broke down within half a mile of collection. They fixed it and I went on my way. After a couple of days I noticed the clutch pedal was very high and rang them, they booked the van in for repair to which they told me there was nothing wrong with it come and collect it . So that evening I went to collect it and it wasn't there and they had finished for the day.nI subsequently had to cancel work for the following day which cost me money on top of the £50 in fuel from the day before.nThe van is now making a lot of noise from the clutch and the salesman does not want to know. Great non existent customer experience!!!!!!!!

Amazing servicenAdam was so helpful and professionalnLove my car

Online the photographs are done in a lovely showroom Great impression. When you get to the garage, all the cars are kept outside and we’re filthy Not at all, what I expected. I asked the salesman, he said they just to use the inside for photographs. I went there From the online photographs with the idea of purchasing a new vehicle, I left within five minutes completely impressed

Great service overall. Thanks to Wayne. Good communication throughout the whole buying process. Would definitely recommend and look at buying any vehicles from them in the future.
