What a nightmare experience. The customer service at B&M store in Didcot is atrocious. Lucky for them that they are cheap! Today topped it all , I had bought various items which amounted to around £60 but the till employee said my bill was over £199 which I obviously queried. The employee had put one item through on the till 72 times!! My items had to be put through again and the bill came to 99p less than the first bill minus the 72 scanned items. Another employee came over and looked at the separate bills twice checking each item all to save B&M a lousy 99p, all this time my patience was running out but despite this I was the one being moaned at. This was taking a ridiculous amount of time to sort. Eventually a supervisor came over and moved me to another till stating that the till was at fault and not the employee but it was the employee that caused the initial problem. I was at the till 25 minutes and watched more than 20 other customers get served before the problem was sorted. B&M need to sort out employee training as this is not the first issue that I have had with employees at this branch. At anytime I am in B&M in Didcot there is always a number of staff chatting to each other (non work related ) and usually inadequate staff levels on the tills that then lead to long queues. B&M need to look at the management at the Didcot store and sort it out as it is getting a reputation as having poor customer service despite the good value it offers.

Found everything I needed today..prices really good. Nice selection of garden tools..stationery items need to be expanded upon..

Really good with some unexpected good quality bargains to grab, that wouldn't be in the mainstream supermarkets. Don't be snobby, have a look around, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
