Got a bunch of good things there. Particularly good around the Christmas season. They do have an incredible range of tat, but because of the name brands, you get some diamonds in the rough. I wouldn't recommend buying clothes from here, but other things, especially cookware, are great.
Well stocked store, over two levels, with plenty of home, mens, kids and women's wear.
After avoiding TK Max for a few years I decided to pay our new local store and check them out All seemed good and I actually purchased a zip up front Jersey 2 days later the zip broke and it brought it all back to me that these shops are basically a glorified Jumble sale store and nothing else better than that Needless to say it will be a few more years before I ever go back
When I went to TK maxDidcot , I received some poor customer service from the staff with initials KY. I was looking for a price tag of a suitcase but I couldn’t find it. So I asked the staff about the price and she picked up a random price tag on the floor which said £99 but I remained doubtful, but seems like she was doubting my intentions So I insisted her to ask her manager to scan it but she kept on checking the website and after a while the manger checked it and turns out to be £69, but no apology at all, didn’t liked her attitude at all

Often think this shop should take it's slogan from elsewhere, "When it's gone, it's gone". Plenty of choice of well known brands at reasonable prices but don't necessarily expect to find it tomorrow if you don't buy it today.
I would normally not go into shops that I don't know and I hate most clothes shops, where all the items of clothing look identical. But at TK maxx there is a bit of everything, maybe from discontinued lines or something like that. I did have a good look twice. I did see some nice things and bought a few. I was also impressed with the food items, especially the Greek biscuits, made from ancient types of grain.
In recent years they have drastically improved. Good collection.
