Lovely Shop! staff are incredibly friendly and helpful special shoutout to Kirsty and Alex who helped me find where the facial moisturisers were. great stock at cheap prices deffo worth a visit next time your in Didcot. the shop is always clean and got a great selection of body scrubs
One of the best stores. Always has good stock, the staff is lovely and friendly, always happy to help no matter what! Never had any issues while shopping here.
I noticed the staff at tills being quiet rude and cross faceed dealing with a customer. Customer was calm and talking normally all the way through but the staff member intended to look the other side, spoke in a very harsh tone and as soon as he walked away she started going up and down and being funny infornt of other customers showing her frustration fro. The situation and another colleague was telling her she would need some gin and tonic now. well customer is always right even if they are not, and the way the staff handled that situation lacked professionalism and the store should train the staff properly to have a better approach towards similar situations in the future.
One of my favourite TK maxx stores. the prices are pretty good for the quality of the products in the store. has a variety of different products to look at and you can find a lot of stuff you may be looking for in there. Its organised and fairly clean overall. I must recommend the candle section, they have a LOT.
As it’s usually the case with all TK Maxx stores, it can be a hit or miss. However, the issue I consistently have in the Didcot one is lack of staff at the tills. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have to queue for less than 8-10 minutes to pay for my items. There are 6 cashier points but usually only one manned.
