I had to return a phone today because there had been a problem with the order collected from a different branch. The staff member L. was very apologetic and reassured me it would be sorted. The manager A. worked to find my order from the card transaction at the other store and replaced the order. The staff members managed to turn a really negative experience into a positive one thanks to their professional customer service. Well done!

I bought an item from Argos online that was faulty. I phoned the store and they advised to bring it in and they could phone the online team to sort out a refund. When I made a trip to the store, they looked for the order number on their in-store computer system and couldn't find it, so they just told me that they couldn't do anything because the online team was a separate entity, rather than actually phoning through to them on my behalf as they had said they would. Waste of time.

Service was quick, friendly and efficient! The staff who approached me were helpful and knowledgeable (I mentioned a particular product and they knew exactly where it was in the catalogue!) I'm also very happy with the product I purchased (a fitted sheet for £7.99 - the cheapest I could find around) and the staff got it to me within 2 mins of me placing the order. Top job, Argos!
