Great value for money! The place was clean and tidy, it was quiet and had all the facilities we needed. Much more homely than most accomodation in London and all for a very reasonable price

Good location for Broadway. Clean and tidy. Lots good towels and hot water. Plenty of breakfast foods for 'make it own'. Good Wi-Fi. Needs blind at window as too light too early in the morning.

Could do with some tlc. Email for key coded sent to late and hard to get a response by telephone for entry into the property. No ventilation in the bathroom resulting in a lot of mould. Blind let's in light and shelf on the wall is broke. Could do with the room repainted as lots of filler showing. Bathroom could do with some attention and tiles regrouted. Room generally clean, bathroom not so good.

Probably the best paella I've tried in the UK. Amazing service, very professional. Spot on overall

Very clean, Bright and airy place of stay situated in an excellent part of Tooting being just a short walk from the shopping area and Underground station. As expected parking is a nightmare and expensive so my advice is to go on foot to this discreet almost invisible B&B
