Such a lovely hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, it made me want to stay inside all night just enjoying the most comfortable bed ever and the other amenities the hotel has to offer. We only stayed one night but I would have loved to be there another night. The breakfast was really good with many options to choose from and you can go up as many times as you’d like so there’s no pressure at all. The woman showing us to a seat was named Judith and she was so so kind and helped us find somwhere to sit, and started a conversation with us, despite it being busy. She cleared our plates and we had another pleasant conversation with her before we left.
Had a 3 night stay here. Beautiful premier room. So clean on arrival.nReception staff unwelcoming on check in and throughout the stay.nThe housekeeping team we saw all said hello and with a smile, but service your room no not once during the stay, even though one housekeeper was outside our room when we went downstairs for breakfast leaving the please service the room sign on the door. On returning from breakfast the same housekeeper was sat outside our room on her phone. Very disappointed with the lack of service received.nJudith at breakfast was the only member of staff other than the housekeeping team who actually seems happy to be working there. The morning that Judith was on breakfast was the most pleasant experience.nI work in hospitality and am an assistant manager of a hotel. If our team had the attitude of the majority of these staff we would be looking for more cheerful and helpful staff.
Had a fabulous stay at Premier Inn, Chapter Way, Wimbledon. We booked Premier Plus and were more than happy with the standard of the room. We had an excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, quiet and luxurious.nWe went for breakfast and were met by a lovely lady Judith who took lots of time and care in ensuring l got a beautifully cooked gluten free breakfast.nParking was easy and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful.nWould recommend to anyone.nThank you for an exceptional stay.
I had a wonderful dining experience at Premier Inn Wimbledon South. A special thank you to the chef Jenny, who prepared excellent food that was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and it was clear that great care and attention went into the meal.nnI would also like to praise one of the host, Judith, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. They were warm, attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.nnThe combination of fantastic food and exceptional customer service made our visit truly memorable. Thank you to the team, especially the chef Jenny and the host, Judith, for such a pleasant experience. I would happily recommend Premier Inn Wimbledon South to anyone looking for great hospitality and excellent food.
I've stayed in a lot of Premier Inns now and not taken the trouble to review but the staff at the London Wimbledon South hotel were excellent. The beds are always comfy. This place was quiet despite being in a busy part of London. The receptionist was lovely and even when we had a mix up with rooms, it was instantly remedied. Breakfast was great. We have children with allergies and they got 5 star treatment from Judith and the chef Florin. Separately cooked meals at no trouble. Judith was friendly and caring, and extremely hard working. Thank you very much to Florin and Judith for the 5 star service.
