Met a lovely lady called Judith. Very helpful, polite, excellent customer service. Warm demeanour towards every person that walked in. Quick on her feet and ready to help whenever we called her. Made our stay lovely.
My wife and I regularly stay at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is only a short walk to Colliers Wood tube station and there is lots of free parking onsite for hotel guests. The refurbished rooms are bright, well appointed, clean and fresh. The beds are particularly comfortable; we always have a great night's sleep here.nWe must mention our two favourite members of staff from the breakfast team: Jenny and Judith. Judith is a fantastic ambassador for Premier Inn; she is always bright and breezy, particularly welcoming and ready to help with anything. Jenny from the kitchen is lovely and keeps a close eye on the buffet ensuring there is a continuous supply of food. She is very attentive and even made us two freshly fried eggs which she brought to our table.nWe are looking forward to returning again very soon.
Considering I only stayed here for a night 3 stars is quite low but is a decent rate for this hotel. Firstly the hotel is massive and has lots of rooms available which is amazing so that is a good reason. The hotel is also located in a good area because there is a mini retail park nearby and a sainsburys and M&S across as well. The best location part of this hotel is that it is near 2 undergrounds which are Colliers Wood and South Wimbledon. The rooms are good but didn't get a fantastic view as it was facing the other rooms. Those are the good things but now are the bad things. When we arrived the developments for rooms were going on so it was a bit loud. The main thing is that it is extremely hard to find their free parking lot which is located at the back as well as the entrance. I was in a big car so going down the side streets that were one way only was really difficult. You also probably can't figure out if it is free because of the ticket machines but just go into the hotel and it is free. The rooms are also cramped for me as there were four people. However staff service was amazing! All about it is good so far.
Hotel of the standard you expect from Premier Inn. Nice, comfortable rooms and tasty meals. Breakfast was very good and was made even better by the warm welcome given by Judith. She went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we required.
The stay here while visiting London was amazing! Especially every morning enjoying a nice breakfast and being greeted by Judith. She was amazing and so very helpful. She really helped brighten the beginning of the day which carried all throughout the day.
