Food was nice, not my favourite but a great place to try some new cuisine. I think the dishes that were more Azeri than Russian were better
Food wasn't bad and staff were friendly. Service was quick but restaurant was abit quiet when we arrived. Would visit again
Lovely, lovely food. The atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly - but this place really does its talking with its food. The buckwheat is nice, and chicken with pomegranate and walnut sauce was delicious. Pancakes with meat and onions was great too. Worth the trip alone.
Very tasty, authentic and heartly food, very cost-efficient. Do not expect fancy decor, but you will get 2 people cooking for you with love, like your parents at home would. Small appetizers and bread are offered free of charge and you can bring your own wine.
Ordered take away - absolutely amazing!!! Just like my grandmother made it!!! Generous portions too! Haven't had such good Russian food in London, not even in fancy Russian restaurants. 100% recommend!!!
Bland food that costs too much for what was served. I went for lunch two course meal. Cost around £10, comparison to Thai lunch in this area is around £7.50. but I didn't expect the food to be microwaved- everything was pre cooked. The decor is dated and very cold. The only staff that was present was polite and friendly.
A great find on Caledonian Road! Lovely little restaurant quite small but it was not crowded so felt safe eating there. Really imaginative menu- I have never eaten Azaerbaijani cuisine before and can recommend- intriquing mix of Persian Turkish and other influences. not over-spiced. Very helpful and knowledgeable waitress helped us choose what to eat. I would definitely go back. Reasonably priced to. Although did not drink alcohol, instead a large bottle of superb Pomegranite juice.
Ordered food via Hungry House. It was cooked quickly and although it was not for delivery only due to heavy snow, it was delivered straight to my house by a very nice gentleman at NO COST! The food was great and still warm and lovely homemade bread was a very nice extra! Highly recommended!
Excellent homemade food at reasonable prices. Big portions and lots of little sides come for free. Would heavily recommend for lunch or dinner, as it's amazing crossover between Persian, Turkish and Russian food.
had the traditional borscht and a main, the food is excellent, and the chap who runs it is very nice as well,. Food is bursting with flavor, it is a 5 minute or so walk from Kings Cross, and if you are in the area, it is worth the short walk. And was surprised how in-expensive it was. will go back..
