Ignore this place. Very poor customer service and food quality and hygiene. The guy serving didn't give me a lid to cover the cup, saying they don't give any. Then I asked at least give me a tissue to cover the cup, he didn't even give a tissue. Then I told him I want to talk to his manager, he said there's no manager. He charged me £9.00 for this small cup of noodles, this is clearly an over priced portion. I said then I don't need this and ask for a refund, he said he can't issue a refund once the cup is filled. Very disappointed about the service and food.
Just visited this for the first time. As a fast food option other than sandwiches or something with chips it was great. Very helpful staff member called George, who assisted us with this first visit on what to have. Couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Cooked Katsu chicken and prawns fresh with noddles and rice. Also duck dish was lovely too. Got 5 stars for hygiene I saw, food was covered as was the staff member.
Never had Chozen Noodle before. Portion was a healthy size and tasty. The server Simon was extremely friendly and chatty. Seemed to making an effort to chat to each customer which makes a good change and was nice after a bad day.
The little chubby lady was hopeless I ordered a large she gave me a a micro meal in a large box meal for a child in otherwords. And then I was ill for 24 hours. Do not eat at this place. Selmanela in a potFood: 2/5
I was expecting the worst but presently surprised. Much nicer than the Maccy Ds. Ordered a large chicken katsu with rice. It was filled to the top and he had to squeeze the lid on. My daughter had a kids meal which is basically a small portion with a bottle of water for £4. She went for sweet and sour and said she loved it.
Duck teriyaki was tasty and better than other service station options just felt a bit overpriced.
Miserable staff large tub half filled. Why do you even bother having a franchise here. Can't possibly be making a profit
Terrible food and was ill for 2 days after eating! Dont ever leave reviews but had to for this!!!! Avoid
It's a sevice station on one of the busiest roads, there always expensive never good but do the job to rest eat and get petrol also does eletric
The staff working there looked like a couple... not very sure but they had an arguement. The lady came out seemed very rude afterwards. Didn’t seem to sell me. Didn’t seem very customer focused. I asked for sauce with my tasty chicken balls and all she did was point at a tray with 3 pots of sauce. She looked miserable. I feel a bit bad but it happens. Just maybe argue out of hours and not at work.
