Appalling service. Tried calling and calling and calling, just for the phone line to be disconnected every single time. Waste of time, money and resources.

Axess is absolute joke. I have been trying to access treatment for over a month now. I need my implant replaced so I don’t get pregnant. It is ridiculous that I cannot access treatment yet if I were to get pregnant I can get an abortion in a shorter space of time. This is something I would like to avoid. More funding is needed for women’s healthcare. Due to lack of services, people are suffering mentally and physically.

Got tested a month ago and they wont give me my results. Keep calling reception and the few times they answer they tell me a nurse is gonna call me back within an hour, this never happens.

Unable to access appointments despite ringing daily waiting in phone queue to be told all appointments are filled. Bring back walk in clinics! The service is needed and people cannot access what they need.

Impossible to get through on the phone. Ive called 34 times this morning, literally. Phone lines closed two mins after opening. How is this possible? trying to get my implant that ran out 3 years ago removed. It's all fine and dandy saying these things are free to access but if it's impossible to access it's redundant..

The telephone system is disconnected, you can’t make an appointment just you have to go and waste your time.

Guys you need to fix your website, it won't even let me log in to book an appointment. This is ridiculous

Terrible triage service. Literally called 26 times today between 12 and 4pm for the line to be told by answer phone "Busy triage service.. try calling again later". This is a big cause of concern. Potentially helping the spread of STIs due to not being assessed in a timely fashion!

Horrendous system, they don't care about patients at all. Helping people over the phone? Wow! Anyone can be doctor these times then !

Spent forever trying to get through on the phone to them. Came in to pick up my contraceptive pill that I usually order to home and all 3 nurses are having trouble finding my name, with one asking me 4 times to repeat it! They then tell me I need to sit down and wait, so I wait,  then they tell me I need my blood pressure taken for no reason whatsoever. I was told to literally come in and pick up my pills and that was it. And since I used up my lunch break for this I am now without contraceptive. Seems like this could have been much better organised and planned. Now I have to order the pills to home to avoid the blood pressure test lol.
