Just go elsewhere. Unreliable and unprofessional. Booked in on Wednesday to get a window fitted for Friday morning. Friday morning 3 hours before agreed time rang me up a said my window isn’t in stock and it could take up to a week to get another. Surely you’d have the stock readily available when given a date and time. Two days they Wasted two days I couldn’t use my van for work AVOID
Great service and price. Only issue I have is the timing they was booked for 1:30pm and arrived around 12:45 and I was balls deep in my wife. NOT HAPPY.. other than great service it’s a shame I didn’t get a service.Service: Auto windshield repair
Absolutely Faultless. I needed a new Windscreen for my Jeep Renegade. Having contacted a few companies Autofit provided the best quote. They arranged to fit it the next day and gave me a 2 hour window when they would arrive. They arrived as agreed and completed the job in no time at all. It was the best service and the best price I could possibly have hoped for. I do not hesitate in recommending this company. Indeed my neighbour even came out and asked for a quote !!
Very unreliable. Asked for a screen to be dropped off and fitted the next day, came with the screen as promised but then spent the next week lying, canceling and putting off the fitting and ultimately ended up ignoring me all together. I've had to find someone else at extra cost to myself. Would never use again
AVOID - terrible customer service. Called Autofit for a chip on my windscreen as the person I've used before was on annual leave. Quoted £15 more than other company but they could fit me in the next day. I work in social care and drive for a living so had to take a day unpaid to have it fixed. I was told someone would come between 10am and 2pm and they would call half an hour before. At 13:15 I called to check they were still coming, the guy answering the phone said they'd come and knocked and no one answered. He described the right house however I was in from 9:45 waiting, meaning they came before then and didn't phone me. The guy on the phone essentially blamed me for not answering the door despite it not being the booked time! Said they could come tomorrow but we can't afford another day unpaid. I had to pass the phone to my partner, where Autofit continued to not take any accountability and told my partner 'if he continues to argue he needs to find someone else ' and that 'not phoning wasn't the issue, the problem was that I didn't answer the door'. Absolutely appalling customer service and despite claims on their website they are NOT the cheapest in Nottingham.
Big thanks to Warren for replacing my windscreen. Range Rover dealer wasn't interested in fixing this common problem with their leaking windscreens. SHOULD BE A RECALL. Warren and Jesse came out next day and fitted my windscreen. Fantastic service would highly recommend and a great price. Thanks boys.
AVOID...Poor customer service, was given a time slot then no one call or turned up. Rang numerous time and received different lies about supply issues....last guy was in the pub and was very rude..AVOID
These guys came out to my car last minute at the end of a working day and they were amazing! Not only did they fix my problem after 18!!! Garages refused to help me, but they were lovely and chatty and couldn’t be more helpful if they had tried! 100% recommend to anyone! Thanks so much guys
