Terrible experience. Took my car in for a quote on the Saturday, pictures were taken and i was told to expect a quote 2 days later. I waited a week with no reply. I phoned to ask if a quote was ready. At this point i received ongoing excuses for the proceeding two weeks (myself calling them and no communication back to me). I still have not received a quote nearly 4 weeks after the initial visit. I would not recommend this place, they obviously don't need the business as they cannot be bothered to provide a quote. I will take my business elsewhere.

Cannot thank Scratchmaster enough, amazing work, very professional and great staff at a fantastic price. Will be using them again for all my future needs and recommending to everyone I know. I could not be happier with the service - thank you.

Scratchmaster offer excellent standard of workmanship at a competitive price paintless dent removal as well as regular body paint repairs bumper scuffs and other bodywork they made a really nice job on my car hence I am able to give an honest review based on my own experience.

I was recently hit by a van driver who completely destroyed my front wing and scraped the door and bumper. After taking it to get numerous quotes, Scratchmaster not only gave me the most competitive quote but they also came across as being very professional. I got none of the usual 'umming and aahing' like I did from the other places. The car was with them for 2 working days and it looks absolutely fantastic. You honestly cannot tell the wing had been replaced and the colour match and blend was top notch. If you have any doubts about getting work done, pop in and visit them. Thank you so much.
