Took our ride on mower flat tyre in today at 9.45 and they were very busy. They took my tyre and as promised it was ready for 12 noon. No charge as just needed resealing. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Thank you

Car booked in for tyres. Upon arriving for appointment and car on the ramps, told they don't have tires for it. They told me, how would they what size to have in stock. Booked in for tomorrow. Back at workplace, told the car had been taken down the day before for them to sort, thus the appointment. What a joke!

The manager is lacking in people skills. So be prepared for a frosty reception. And I was surprised that I was expected to pay £20 to have wheels swapped while I was already in to have one tyre replaced (come on ats its a two minute job)!!!! The job was done to a standard I would expect at a minimum and took about 60 mins for one tyre change. I wont be coming back any time soon!

Not impressed at all, first when I went there I was told I'm not in the system even thought I booked 2 days earlier. However, the staff was really helpful so they managed to "squeeze" me in. When I got back to take my car the wheel caps were not on, because they are supposed to be glued/stuck to the wheel (?) and they didn't have the tools (???) Anyway, what actually disappointed me is that they managed to replace my metal bmw valve caps with normal plastic ones. Seriously? If anything gives the impression of a job well done, it's the details. And that place fails hard.
