I took my car for a respray on the bonnet and wing due to a roof tile falling on it. My wing and bonnet were both bent and scratched. Reed Brothers did a fantastic job and even cleaned my car afterwards! The work was done to such a high standard and all the paintwork blended in nicely, you would never know anything had ever happened. It looks better than it has ever looked before.

New bumper was dropped off with them two weeks ago for a re-spray. I then received a voicemail saying it was cracked, which it was not when I dropped it off. They apologised and I agreed for it to be plastic welded. This was due to be finished and collected today, as I haven't heard from them I gave them a call. They have not even started it and have said they would not be able to start it until after next week. I was then told that I am more than welcome to pick it up and get the work done elsewhere. I am now left out of pocket and they have completely wasted by time purely down to their own greed. This is not how business should be done.

My husband and I have used Reed Brothers many times and always had great customer service, excellent results and we highly recommend to friends and family whenever they need any car body repairs.

This must be everyones first choice of local bodyshop,car repair facility. I have had several vehicles repaired and repainted and have the upmost respect for the staff,from the desk through to the engineering staff.Dont be bullied by the insurance company choice and stick with this choice as its the right one.
