I have walked into this store at Pool, simply to collect an item that was reserved. During the process to pay for my item, the young girl on the till messed up my card transaction three times. "Oh, it's done this three times today", she said. Each time this deducted £50 from my available bank balance. There was a large queue of people behind me all rolling their eyes because they thought that my card was being declined. Frustrated, I just told the girl to forget it as I did not want my card to issued with another incorrect charge. At this point an assistant called Greg decided to intervene and said that your have upset his colleague and then took my item and refused to sell it to me, shouting, I'll sell 'em to someone else then"! In front of a shop full of customers. So, it seems that the customer is wrong, particularly if the young girlfriend of the male assistant is serving. Seemingly any failed biology experiment can get a job here, be rude and then be commended by head office and ban me from the store for being charged £150 for no goods. Wow! Great service Halfords. Many thanks.

Great service and mot at reasonable prices! The staff here are kind and explain everything for you. They did the work on my car in good time and offered me a lift back home.
