I accidentally gave the driver 2x£10 notes We rang up and asked but apparently I never and he’s checked his car - baring in mind my sister was in the garage 2mins after I was dropped off, the garage is at the end of the road and he was in there obviously and spent the extra £10 he got.  I don’t care about the money as such but a-bit of honesty doesn’t go too far. Will not be using Jackson’s again.

Shocking company they have hiked their weekend prices up and they don’t arrive at the pre booked time as they are dealing with other bookings. When a taxi is pre booked the expectation is the call handler managing the bookings ensures a taxi arrives at the pre booked time as people pre book to arrive at that time not 25 minutes late as has happened to us on more than one occasion. It’s evident from this company as they have the stranglehold on taxis in Consett they clearly don’t have any respect for their customers. It’s also evident they don’t have any respect for their drivers either who are embarrassed when they realise they are late. On the other hand the staff in the office are very unhelpful I requested manager’s details but was told they couldn’t give the information out so instead of a private concern being raised I have no other option than to make my concerns public. I have only awarded 1 star as it wouldn’t allow me zero stars.

An absolute disgrace. Taxi booked for 1.30. No taxi showed up, after a phonecall they said it was 5 minutes away. Then after another phonecall they tried to say no taxi was booked. Rude and inconsiderate on the phone. Very unhelpful

Pre booked a return taxi. 20 minutes late taking me to my destination. 30 minutes late taking me home. Unreliable, and VERY expensive.

Booked a taxi on a Monday for a Friday night pick up, taxi turned up as requested. Can't fault.

The woman on the desk was 10/10 such a lovely lady looking after people

Great taxi service. Had a fantastic friendly driver. Highly recommended
