This has to be the worst Salon I have ever used. I have lost count of the number of times i have been contacted, either on the day, or the day before my appointment to say Mandy has had to take the day off. On 2 occasions, i have gone to the Salon for my appointment and the shutters have been down with a note on the shutters saying Mandy has had to take the day off, no phone call to let her clients know. I had eyelash extensions and brows booked on for 1pm today, I got a call from the young receptionist to say Oh Mandy is unwell, she cant fulfil your appointment. 3 hours notice, and I am going on holiday in less than 24 hours. Shambolic way to run a business. I will never be back. The young receptionist is the one having to make all the calls and do the dirty work. She is such a lovely young lady, and is too good for the Salon. Find yourself another job!
Professional & relaxing environment would highly recommend for all your beauty needs. Staff are friendly & welcoming by far the best salon in Renfrewshire.
