After spray tan was left downstairs for 20 mins, found out should only have been 5. When girl came to apologise, she was laughing & said she only popped out to the shop?????????? Why would you even say that????????. Manager wasn't much help, said mistakes happen?????????? Never been so embarrassed. Needless to say won't be back.
