What a stunning place. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. We even made use of the swimming pool and steam room. Helpful staff very attentive. Perfect for a much needed rest

Spa day and afternoon tea. Staff were very helpful with my dietary requirements, however the quality of the food served was average at best. Glass of “fizz” was more akin to fizzy grape juice. Pool, sauna and steam room were uncomfortably busy. There is a gorgeous sauna in the spa but it wasn’t clear we could use that until we discovered it on our way out. 
We opted to pay extra for treatments (25min) however hadn’t chosen  our treatment as thought this would be discussed before the treatment. Of the 25 min “treatment time “ we both probably got 10-15 minutes by the time a plethora of questions were asked. It would have been good if this was done out with the treatment time we were paying for. All in all a little disappointed!

Lovely Hotel rooms first class and pool warm and relaxing and great value for money we paid.
My wife ordered peppermint tea at
 breakfast to be told there would be an extra charge.
No yogurt or blueberries that was on the breakfast menu.
We had a lovely stay and will  return but found breakfast disappointing.

Spa with lunch was fantastic today staff so attentive and professional, I left my bathing costume in shower room when I left the hotel I phoned tonight 11/01/18 at 6.20 through to leisure facilities the lovely receptionist took my details and found my bathing costume thank you so much for your quick reply and your help I forgot to ask your  name... Thanks again xx
