placed order which then took half hour for them to tell us they didn't have it. Took another hour to even get starters which came out at different times. When mains finally came, some where cold and others had clearly been rewarmed. We order a calzone with no mushroom and was instead packed with mushrooms with olive (which wasn't meant to be in the food at all). took an other 20mins to pay bill and go. over all a really bad service and deeply disappointed! will not go to the Hertford ASK again.

Went to your Hertford restaurant Sunday 1st October with a table of five inc 2 children. The restaurant was really noisy and the staff seemed pressurized and took ages to take our order. We never got the Juice drink they normally offer on arrival and they didn't seem to bother if we had everything we needed. Our food took over an hour to arrive, the staff said they wasn't understaffed. Nothing personal against the staff but we didn't feel like we were being looked after, not the correct cutlery, never offered Parmesans or oil, children went off looking for extra sauces. The meal when it arrived was okay, no complaints there but with the noise, lack of attention, we will not be returning to this restaurant
