I would like give a positive review after hearing so many damming comments about the NHS and surgeries. In just eight days I’d had a same day face to face appointment with a GP , next day appointment with the physio and an x-ray followed by a follow up telephone appointment with the result and report of my x-ray a week later. Excellent friendly service.
Appalling and incompetent surgery. Rang up to query a test result that had not been done as requested. Second time of having to do this. Received a call back from the so called ‘patient liaison manager’ Mrs Williams. - I’m not sure where they hired this individual from but what a bad representation of the nhs. Failed to understand the issue, which wasn’t hard, refused to look at my wife’s results to compare which her reception colleague did - so someone is in the wrong, refused to take my complaint as just kept changing the subject and refused to let me speak to the practice manager. Then rather than an apology, was more interested in my change of address and getting me to leave the practice within 30 days. Outrageous place, I cannot wait to move to another surgery. Every interaction I’ve had here has been sub par. Interestingly I spoke to a Dr recently about an MRI referral, when I asked what the process was she said, ‘no idea’. Wow, what a place to entrust your health in.
Would highly recommend this doctors surgery. Dr Neinei, Dr Manyam and Dr Cannon are amazing!
I cannot speak highly enough of this practise. The staff are so helpful and considerate and I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. The Dr's at the practise are compationate and take time to listen I have always been made to feel at ease and cared for. Thank you to all the team.
Excellent practice. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I don't understand previous reviews about them being 'nosy'. The whole point is they ask you questions to determine which health professional is best for you to see! you wouldn't accuse a 111 call operator of being nosy for trying to direct you to the correct service. GPs and nurses excellent- knowledgeable and compassionate. Have looked after my entire family very well.
I have just the most awful encounter with receptionist Sally. Calling up for results and have been made to feel as though I am an inconvenience and disturbing her from her afternoon tea. Rude, obnoxious, sarcastic and quite frankly does not deserve to be in the position she is in with so many people out there desperate for a job at the moment. No surprises, seems to be the normal practice from this surgery. Called back to speak to the practice manager and was told he is on annual leave and therefore nobody of a senior level available for me to speak to.
I rang this morning and spoke to Sally who was really rude and abrupt ,I asked her why she was speaking to me in this manner and she put the phone down .I went to the surgery and was met again by rudeness by herself then the manager who wouldn't listen to a word I said and more or less said I could complain but nothing would be done. I did ask him to keep the telephone record but he said that wouldn't be happening .I cannot believe the way they spoke to me and I understand the stress people are under but they are the caring profession BE KIND
If I could give it no stars I would. Sick and tired of being told there are no appointments ring back at 1.30! Jane on reception is so rude. I hate ringing in case she answers she makes me feel like I'm making it up and I'm wasting her time. I hardly ever go to the doctor because I just put up with things or try and solve it myself. When I know I need to go and have to wait until the time to ring, I get so anxious. I shouldn't be made to feel like that. Don't get me wrong the doctors are always good when I get there. But the process is ridiculous.
Honestly, go elsewhere. The wrong doings of this practice is ridiculous. Not only did they lose all my personal data and my prescription when signing up to use their services, only telling me 2 months after they confirmed I had been signed u that I would have to sign up again. My partner who is Registered went for a blood test yesterday and came home with bruises all up her arm. There's serious questions that need looking into at this practice and I wouldn't be too surprised to see them going under after an investigation.
Unbelievable bad surgery. Not 1 single referral was ever completed. I have had to check up every single time that myself or my children have had a referral. It has been like pulling a tooth constantly. One day i arrived outside the surgery at about 8.30am to beg on my appointment that wasn't 6 weeks in the future and an old lady about 80 was there. We went in and both of us didn't get appointment for that day. They advised the 80 year old she can get an appointment online at 6am......she could barely walk let alone go online to book her appointment. They loose results, don't send tests, don't call when telephone appointments are booked. Appalling. NHS going downhill at its very best. Funnily enough they were spot on and exceptionally rude but efficient when they needed me to un-register and move to EG........less work chaps? Literally couldn't dislike FROW anymore than this time.
