I was in this clinic today, the receptionist was very kind and also the doctor. The place was tidy and clean. They couldn't give the certificate that I needed it for a visa application but they were very polite to explain me why and what I can do to get it.nnBefore this place, I was in the other clinic, the place was the opposite atmosphere, smelly and they charged me 20€ just to speak to the doctor who said that they don't issue this certificates for new patients, it was unfair. Now, I know why they don't have website to complain about the services.nnDon't waste your time and money as I did. Go straight to the clinical with glass door, THE BEST.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here  with blue clinic was too frustrating to ignore. The service overall was terrible. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like I was bothering her just by showing up. No greeting, no smile, just a bad attitude.nnI had a few questions, and she responded with short, dismissive answers like she couldn’t be bothered. It made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Honestly, it set the tone for the whole visit.nnIf this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back – and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

Dr Sabah is a kind, professional and thorough doctor in Limerick.  He goes above and beyond for his patients.  I recommend to all.

I first went into the clinic walk in medical center blue doorfew weeks back. After years of going into the walk-in doctor next door red door, it was immediately clear there was a massive step up in politeness of staff , cleanliness and professionalism.nThe doctor is empathetic, polite and very professional. You will not feel rushed and the doctor will listen to you. The difference between them and the clinic is night and day. Definitely worth the extra 20 euro for the peace of mind.

I walked in, and the staff quickly guided me through the process with minimal waiting time.nnThe medical professionals were knowledgeable and friendly, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the tests. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I was able to complete both the eye test and medical report in one visit.
