My first visit to this medical center happened to be on a particularly busy day. Despite the heavy work load, however, Dr. McMahon, nurse Marion, and the rest of the staff took care of every patient and myself with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Patients here are well tended to.
Dr Ronan Ryder has been my family GP for past 19years very professional and the receptionist are well trained, Dr Denise has been so wonderful and supportive all through my clinic visit. All the pharmacist staff are so reliable . The nurses are so good and friendly to approach.
Very nice and helpful receptionists. Always try to get me an appointment. Doctor Hearne is an amazing gp. So helpful and always available Re. Phone conversation or in person. Can't recommend Dr Hearne and Dr Amy enough.
Have had such a great experience here since I've had my daughter. Always able to get an appointment in an emergency and the doctors take the time to speak with you and explain things.
The receptionist is always rude and no one gives an appointment in an emergency. Instead of a prescription, they gave me a piece of paper, where they wrote with a pen what medicines to take.
The doctors here are very good, but the receptionist’s are not, they are very invasive and always have a bad attitude towards the patient's. I recently told the receptionist I was coming for a personal reason because I didn’t want to give a super detailed reason as they are never happy with a straight answer and she asked if I was pregnant! Very unprofessional. if you miss an appointment, they give you a lecture down the phone about it, which has made me want to avoid calling to make a new appointment. I can’t fault the doctors here though, they have always been super helpful and compassionate, but the receptionist’s need to be sorted out.
I brought my daughter in recently to Dr McMahon. She put my screaming daughter at ease with her gentle and kind demeanour. Receptionist staff were also very helpful in alerting the Doctor and reassuring me.
I never liked the receptionist on this clinic. They are always rude at least to me and I always felt quite intimidated by them. If I started to say a word they would cut me off to speak something different, but I supported because I liked Dr Negin. Unfortunately the last 2 times I went they told me in previous calls that Dr Negin was there and when I arrived I was sent to a different doctor as, according to them, Dr Negin was on “holiday’s”. Although the doctor seemed to be nice, right in the first visit he was always telling me to hurry up to explain my symptoms because the receptionists were telling him that he was taking too much time with patients. I was quite confused as I was paying €60 to see him and was there for less than 10 min but I did speed up, just to notice that he was writing my symptoms ON GOOGLE!!!! He literally wrote down the suggested allergy pills name, sent it to print and that was it, I had to leave. The day I was supposed to return I asked “is Dr Negin back?” Cause I wanted to deal just with her And they were not answering me clearly by phone, when I arrived there one receptionist told me she was still on holidays so I just decided to leave. I felt that something was off. A few days later I discovered that all this time Dr Negin was not on holidays, she left the medical centre and opened hers. I’m glad I saw her name suddenly on the street. I’m glad she left this place. Her new receptionist is so nice and understanding that you can clearly see the difference. I believe old windmill is too busy and now the receptionists just treats every patient as a number with a wallet. Sad Yesterday I went back to old windmill just to leave the letter stating that I wanted to transfer my reports to Dr Negin’s clinic and before the receptionist even opened the letter she asked “what do you want me to do with this?” In a very rude way!!! I told “it’s from Dr Negin” and she told something more probably something rude that I couldn’t hear, opened the letter, read it and said “a ok, thanks” and that was it.
I attend Dr Ryders practice; Lovely Doctors and nurses , really approachable, very easy to talk to. Go above and beyond. And secretaries very helpful with everything. Would highly recommend
Recently joined this practice after they came highly recommended by a friend. Such nice friendly staff at reception. Dr Purcell was the lady I saw and she was very reassuring. Couldn't fault the place.
