I have only needed to visit Treaty Medical a handful of times but each time has been as good an experience as the last. The staff from the doctors to the receptionists are all so helpful, understanding, accommodating and professional. There’s a real sense of community around the place too, so it feels very welcoming!

I cannot recommend Treaty Medical enough. The doctors and staff are most pleasant, understanding and professional. The practice has a very good atmosphere giving patients confidence in the service offered. It's an impressive modern medical centre. Very happy.

I needed to visit my GP recently but could not make a return trip home. Treaty Medical Centre were very accommodating and arranged for me to visit the day of calling. The staff were all very friendly and the general atmosphere was very positive no doubt due in part to the vaccine rollout. Dr. Halpin was great to deal with and as a nice touch, my own GP phoned up the following the day informing me Dr. Halpin had called to give him an update. If you find yourself away from home and needing to visit a GP, I recommend Treaty Medical Centre if you are nearby.

Excellent Medical Centre - Staff are compassionate, kind, and always very efficient and prompt to find an appointment. Excellent professional care by the doctors too. Can't speak highly enough of Treaty Medical Centre.

Went there for consultation and insertion of IUD. Doctor and staff were very friendly, took their time and gave me loads of opportunities to ask questions/raise concerns. Didn't feel pressured into selecting one IUD over another, which I liked, and generally found it to be a good experience.  Personally, I would have preferred if the doctor explained a little bit more what she was doing as she did it during the insertion, but I know some people don't want to know and it's a matter of personal preference, so if I were to get it done again in a few years I would ask them to do this.  Would 100% visit again for any family planning services.

I cannot speak highly enough of The Treaty Medical Centre. The doctors & their staff are always very welcoming. Best thing myself, husband & daughter ever did was to change to this practice.

I  agree totally with all the comments re the abusive attitude at 'reception ' desk .. It will definitely make  the work of the  doctors  easier ,as it  is causing  exodus from the practice  . Someone should rail them !

The woman behind the counter whether she was standing in for the receptionist at the time or actually was the receptionist has to be one of the most obnoxious unhelpful people I have ever had the displeassue meeting send her on a "people skills course" asap ! Not a great advertisement for you're business having someone like that at front of desk !
