Receptionist keeps asking about covid and trys shrugs you off trying to make an appointment!! My daughter was very sick and was told the doctor was busy so he would call me to make a prescription.. doctor never called and Reception didn't answer again.  Had to get my daughter seen in a different practice!

Dr Simon and Dr kieren and their team are amazing!!! They are very thorough and very approachable I always feel at ease after a visit, and help you in anyway they can .

Recently expirenc very poor service, receptionist is very unprofessional and rude and I'm sick of asking me this same question about COVID. Seriously it's 2 years after and you still doing it!!!!

I doesn’t matter if you arrive early, exactly on time or late. You’ll be waiting at least an hour, even for a simple flu jab from a nurse. I’ll find a new practice

Polite and professional doctors, if you not understand some medical terms - it will be explained more clearly. It's greatly important for people from another country's.
