Went in there today to do my Lottery. The young girl at the counter had no manners.Looked at me in a aggressive way.Why.was it my colour.I was polite but she just took my money and no can i help you or thank you So rude.Your staff need training not to judge peoplw by their colour. I watched to see if she was friendly to the other people who were whites and she was smiling. I have lived i Witham for 25 yrs.Never have had this rudeness from a shop before.

The store is very busy only every seem to have one till open and as for the post office on a busy day you could be waiting nearly an hour a lot of the time !!!!!!
