Checkout experience has done to the dogs. POS out of sync error on screen that never gets fixed, assistants not knowing what it means which isn't their fault but does it ever get reported to seniors when I've mentioned it the past 5 times?, Exit doors either close on you and cause an injury or just don't open at all. Got a proper dystopian feel to it now where you feel like a criminal for picking up a few bits.
Why do I always have to go on the hunt for a small trolley? Has someone pinched them all? Have Morrisons got rid of them? I found one eventually at the third trolley park. The supermarket is very good once you finally get a trolley.
Called to do some nye shopping and decided to have some breakfast b4 I started. Ordered a small breakfast inc a 'runny' fried egg and pot of tea..25 mins they still hadn t brought my food so I chased them up...the breakfast arrived and was barely lukewarm, fried egg was like a 'brick' so I sent it back...when they replaced it, it was still lukewarm but the egg was ok, no sauces to be found anywhere in the cafeteria..quality and service was very poor all round...will not be using this facilty again.
It always has a good choice of stock and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's always best to get in s early as you can. especially if you want some of the fresh cooked bread.
Local, convenient and quite reasonably priced. Shelves are sometimes empty and fresh veg sold out early or only poor quality products on display
