Used the cafe. Only been once before and just had a cup of coffee. Today I had some food and I was very satisfied. I had "Eggs Royale - salmon, poached egg and muffin" perfectly cooked eggs. My son had a ham toastie and ate the lot (even the crusts)! We both had a brownie. Could not fault it. Just a little wait for the eggs Benedict but well worth it. I will come again.

Awful experiences here with the "you all have to have ID for alcohol" policy they make up on the spot whenever they feel like it. Went round, bought a few staple items like bread, milk and 1 single bottle of Gin. A single one in amongst our other normal food related items. When we get to the checkout we get asked for ID, I have none my handbag is in the car because I am not paying - my fiancèe is. We are both working professionals who do not look young, and are certainly over 18. we end up with a nasty "manager" who said there was "nothing she could do" and when we explained I wasn't buying it, my fiancèe was and he did have ID to prove he is almost 30 she told us "there is no need for that attitude" that's when we left. Nasty nasty staff making up policies - we have read through Tescos alcohol policy and it states that only the person buying the alcohol needs to have ID - nothing about anyone else needing it. In addition to this we have eaten here before and it was abysmal, food is of a low standard and not worth the money, the only reason we came in here was for convenience driving home. Went over to ASDA less than 5 minutes away and they managed to apply some common sense when serving us. To clarify we have shoped here before and bought just alcohol and no other items and not been asked for any ID! The rules they make up are clearly sporadic and not consistent. No wonder they have to open up shops within their main building, with staff like that I can see why Tesco are loosing their spot in the big 6.

Really enjoyed visit. Very customer focused staff I was in contact with plus good and wide range of products.

Really good Tesco’s staff very helpful and shelves always stocked nicely and the bakery isle is always full of free produce!
