The staff are literally miserable and many are confrontational.. I go here out of need for years, but no smiles.. No excuse me and even when buying medicine at tills you have to await the staff to authorise.. They will literally carry on chatting among themselves and walk over with a face on with no hi or even a smile in fact the opposite annoyed at you look and you keep quiet trying not to ignite them, but still will have some derogatory comment off them... Honestly not a one off experience.. You have to go to experience such.. They should send undercover bosses to feel it... Only possitives are... Prefer there stock items to tesco... There security guard were polite.. Ps... There rewards app is not consistent.. Sometimes adds the points.. Lost monts of rewards.. Was told to contact rewards app people.. They fobbed me off to the store.. Then app people said send my transactions of my banking app.. After that's nothing happens so I contacted them and then they asked me for every single receipts and then I said I clearly would not keep every single as the receipt but I have got the transactions as you have agreed and then they sent me back to the store the store just fobed me off and put me back into them and I lost pounds and pounds of rewards just saying
Rude staff, not a good range of products and the prices are quite high.nnStock on shelves often missing, I've been in many times to buy things to make a meal, items won't be in stock. I leave my basket and go shopping elsewhere.nnNow I avoid it like the plague, only going if I need a few items desperately ,despite not driving and me living locally.nnMoody, unfriendly and rude staff. The layout is horrible too. There's a similar sized asda in Newton heath and the layout and range of products is much better than this store. The overall atmosphere is much nicer.nnIt's gone from bad to worse over the years, I've been shopping here for around 10 years now.
This Asda is very small and a bit dingy so not somewhere I especially enjoy shopping but it is convenient for grabbing a few bits if you're passing - especially as there is a free car park.nnThe collections and return service isn't great - staff are very offhand and leave you stood waiting for help without acknowledgement. I've collected three Asda George deliveries from this store now and done one return and none of these experiences were particularly positive so I won't be using that service again.
Peri peri chicken thighs 4 quid for 4 absolutely gorgeous juicy and tasty, should have bought 2 packs definitely a must and a return visit
Worst store ever went to pick up my parcel. The lady on the desk was so rude. Made me wait 10 mins, then gave me a wrong parcel didn't even ask me my name. Then she made me wait another 5 mins and again didn't ask my name and just left the parcel on the counter. When I complaint about the service to a assistant manager .- Joanne, She was even worse. Wouldn't even take my details to look in to the matter. What kind of service is this? Will not shop here again
