Lovely, polite and helpful security man at the entrance welcomed me with a big smile so refreshing to meet
Can the manager or security please do something about that homeless bloke outside. Today he went right up to me at the cash machine and said "can I have some of that you've got there to buy some food from in there" Normally I'd give money to the homeless but that guy went right up to me as I was withdrawing my money out of the machine. I spoke to security and people who work in asda they said the manager has to do something Apparently it's been an ongoing problem, so please manager of asda help this bloke and sort him out
Well stocked, staff was quick to help
Staff are mostly helpful, you'll notice some way more than others. Security is unfortunately a bit of a joke, new guard every week and they don't seem to do anything - witnessed a couple of fights in there and no guard stepped up, likely they either don't want to get in trouble or just can't be bothered. Local kids are often tormenting staff and customers. PPE compliance from staff and customers is also a big worry, with so many just going without masks or having them halfway down their faces. Overall a very intimidating place to shop!

I think that the staff in this asda a super friendly and kind. After me Experiencing this for myself I went to visit my grandma aged 91 who lives close by and she told me she had a funny turn in the asda last week and how amazing everyone was to her especially Danny and Chelsea thanks guys keep up the good work x
I like this store because it is convenient for me it’s clean and tidy and the staff are friendly enough but every time I go there around 4ish after finishing work there’s not much left regarding the ready meals it’s most annoying because they have offers buy 3 for £6 or 3 for £5.50 but no choice left I’ve asked the staff many times but they say that not enough stock was sent in the store so what is the point of putting offers on and not sending the stock can you please sort your stock problems out so I can get the offers rather than buy one for £2.50
Small but things you need not a large store but big enough and sells most things
I used the self-checkout today Sunday 24-11-19 and asked for £20 cashback. As I was leaving the store I was followed out by an employee who noticed I had left my cash behind. The young lady was called Sadah and I am very grateful. I have just finished work and Asda customer services were closed when I rang so I will ring tomorrow but felt I should leave a review on the store website. Many thanks Sadah. Your honesty and professionalism is very much appreciated.
Not much choice, and literally no world food isle :... The women at self checkout came over to check if I was scanning my bags which I thought was rude. She could have just watched me from where she was standing before.
