I had to give 1 star or I couldn't leave a review. Staff is a major issue not the job they do but lack of on a Monday there is only one staff to deal with a bank full of people 7 people in front of me and 8 people behind me all waiting 20 plus mins if not longer Natwest sort it out give your heads a wobble

Slowest branch ever. Queues out of this place are a mile down toward Manchester. Avoid at all costs
