First visit, I really only popped in to save the hassle of driving to my usual place. The chap who cut my hair was called Jonathan. I don’t bother too much about my hair: it’s not important to me. Jonathan seemed to take incredible pride in what he was doing: cutting, trimming and shaving every bit a few times until he was happy… far more effort than I’m used to: he did a really good job I don’t usually care enough to notice but after so much effort on his part I did Hopefully he will be there again when I next need a cut.
I am so upset with the high wycombe store, 4 weeks running i have had problems with their delivery service, they have not delivered on time and 4 of these times i didnt get a delivery at all. I had no calls to say they were cancelled, even there customer support couldnt tell me if i was going to get my delivery. They have no way of contacting the store or th driver, again my order has been cancelled today. The wordt delivey service ever.
The toilets are disgusting, broken and missing toilet seats, look like they haven't been cleaned for days perhaps weeks! The smell from them was very noticeable even in the adjacent checkout area.
The fact that I had to pretend to be staff ‘calling in sick’ just to get through to anyone on the phone is ridiculous. The minute you say you’re a customer it hangs up. Every single just eat grocery order I make has missing items or incorrect items. Whoever has the job of picking the items needs good training
Great store, people are lovely. Parking spaces could be wider and marketing need to look at their material, making multi buys more expensive than buying items multiple times. Photo taken 24th September 2022.
Good visit going really well until I tried something on and the security guard was looking at me the whole time for some reason said you have to buy it to try it on to which point I'd already taken it off again lost 2 stars for that comment
Stopped here for some petrol and a quick drink. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the petrol was the cheapest around. Unfortunately, although the petrol station is staffed, there is no shop with it. You have to go and park up and go into the main store. That being said there is 3 hours free parking. To my surprise there was a McDonald’s inside the store too. I think this was instead of the usual Asda cafe. I got what I needed, used the self serve till and was on my way.
Never had a good stock of items. Staff have no idea what they are doing half the time. Ask if they have stock or check out the back just say no and lie about when stock is due
I work for Timpsons in store and today alone I have witnessed 6 or 7 customers complaining that they can’t do their shopping as they are in wheelchairs and there were no wheelchair trolleys available… for a superstore of this size you would think that there would be more than 2! And you would think that the staff would be apologetic, not dismissive! Very disappointed, but glad that I don’t live nearby as I don’t think I could cope with this as my local…
Shocking, always the stuff you want is OUT OF STOCK, someone sort your ordering out!
