Customer service desk - arrogant , deliberately awkward and got supervisor when asked to see manager - all followed with a sarcastic "have a nice day" as I left.   
Staff need to get a life Or another job if they can only get through day only by trying to make customers as miserable as them.

Went to the photo department because I wanted to sent some photos to Australia off my i-phone. The machine was playing up and was being temperamental and as I am an OAP and not up on technology was having great difficulty! Fortunately I had a great lady by the name of Denise to help me get the photos! In between customers she was back and forwards,even holding the lead at the back of the machine at times to make sure I got my photos! Well done Denise !I could not have got my photos without you!

Plenty of parking, good range of products and George/Home goods. Competitive pricing and with a few bargains to be found. Narrow corridor entrance way creates traffic jams trying to get in or out but the rest of the store is spacious.
