Fantastic day. School trip. Kids loved it, staff loved it. Our guide was brilliant, very patient and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to all. The dressing up activity gave the kids opportunity to handle real weapons safely and try on clothing of the time, inc surprisingly having chain mail hoods. Best school trip ever!

The best Castle I've seen in a long time. Very well preserved and looked after. The guides were friendly and very assisting. Marvelous views over the surrounding area from the top of the keep. Don't miss the garden with the maze and its chapel.

Wonderful castle, never been disappointed! Grounds and gardens are very well maintained. If you visit during the tulip festival in April it’s twice as beautiful and if you have enough time to not rush around but enjoy a picnic on the grass, it’ll definitely make a memorable day out.

One of the best Gardens in England. Looked after by Martin Duncan and his dedicated team. The castle is seen from miles around. Has been used as film locations such as Wonder woman and the BBC hollow crown Henry V.

Great place, spectacular. Fab for kids with tiny turret stairs and amour try-on areas. Lovely guides full of information and happy to help (they really made the visit) Lovely restaurant and speedy service
