No frills hotel next to Arundel railway station, walking distance from town centre. Clean and comfortable. Car park rough and ready but spacious. Good breakfasts. On A27 trunk road but double glazing and shutters keeps traffic noise to a minimum.

This is the place, I would highly recommend for family and friends to lodge, while they are in south of England(south coast) Thoroughly enjoyed the marvellous hospitality from the proprietor! and made to order Indian cuisine!( Mr Alpesh patel and family) Very well organised restaurant with attached pub and meticulous yet spacious rooms. Absolute Flawless! Worth every penny! It’s very near to arundel castle,station,church and the high street. Beside the location is a wonderful country road leading to the arundel lake, max serenity and blissful memories guaranteed !( don’t forget the beer) All in all, great time and memories to cherish! Must try and should be on your bucket list!

Great service, we sent a couple of email queries about taking bicycles into the room which got prompt responses (we were allowed to take them in) The hotel itself is dated and is a no frills experience but given the price it is spot on. The room we slept in was clean but had noticeable road noise although didn't stop us sleeping through the night. The breakfast service was prompt and consisted of full English with toast and included vegetarian options tea/coffee and juice was available as well as various cereals. If you are seeking a luxury getaway then look elsewhere, if you're looking for a reasonable place to put your head down then you can't go wrong.

Room had everything you need, but the whole place is quite outdated and no frills. Breakfast was pretty mediocre.
