We were unable to reserve hotel downtown via remotely due to their website scheduling app , so we choose this hotel. It ended up to be best decision! Hotel is located close to train station. Easy walk to hotel, and 5 minute walk to downtown. Very busy road, but quiet in hotel. Hotel has great breakfast, and bar for drinks after long day or touring. I would definitely stay again. Don't let the 2 star rating discourage you. Great hotel.
We chose this hotel because it was 100 yards from the railway station. Day trip to Brighton . The hotel looks very dated and in need of a face lift , which can be said for our room 6 .we thought we were in a time warp and gone back to the 50s ,say no more , other rooms appear to be more updated. The food and service were very good ,with a large car park .
Clean and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and nice. Bed and pillows are comfortable for me. Shower has good water pressure, but the exhaust fan in the toilet was not working when I was there. TV has good program selection. Plenty of cupboards. Walkability: 2 minutes walk from Arundel rail station and around 20 minutes walk to Arundel town centre.
Cable box for the tele first wasn't working but to be honest the manager did sort the shower took approximately 10minutes until the hot water came through Rooms: Room was OK not to cramped the mattress was uncomfortable abit worn Nearby activities: Arundel Castle plus antique shops and art galleries pubs and restaurants coffee shops Walkability: It was approximately about a 10 minute walk to the town and castle Food & drinks: There was a bar and breakfast was small in portions sausage wasn't very nice I asked for scrambled eggs and there was about 3 mouthfuls to be honest wasn't that impressed with breakfast but their was cereals fruit and pastries
Nice place to stay; friendly staff, nice breakfast included. Near to Arundel town. Very nice and peaceful own garden. Nice view to the fields from my window. The only thing that annoyed me was the vibrations from the big vehicles on the main road right Infront of my room. About cleanliness, all seemed to be properly clean, except that there were some hairs in the shower.
Great location, clean warm warm room. Bar available downstairs. A lovely breakfast in the morning before check out meant we were set up for our visit to the castle!! Highly recommendedRooms: 5/5
Nice place, warm welcome with a good full breakfast on offer. Very busy road out front and had the displeasure of overnight works on the bridge with chain saws going and flashing beacons. Only 5 mins walk to town centre so not far to goRooms: 5/5

Great location for Arundel and the surrounding area. Superior room gives you lots of space. Train station very close, but not disturbed by trains. Main road outside hotel but quite quiet at night. The room needed a good clean as there were cobwebs. The shower was the worst I’ve ever seen.Rooms: 2/5
Plenty of parking. Nice welcome. Great family room upstairs. Decent breakfast served with a smile. Wifi works fine. Easy walk into Arundel. Friendly staff. Recommended for a basic place to stay. We've been on 2 occasions and would stay again.Rooms: 5/5
