Great location for Overnight Motorhome parking in Arundel in the shadows of the Arundel castle. The car park is open 24hrs, but for Motorhome parking you will need to be onsite before 6pm as after this time height restricting gates are closed until 8am. This is an open site with both hard standing and grass locations to park your vehicle, there are also toilet facilities in the car park not open 24hrs. We took the opportunity in the evening to wander around Arundel, but make sure you carry a torch as the Motorhome parking area does not have any lighting, especially after visiting the local pubs. Definitely worth the £10.00 charge
Very bad experience of this car park during Easter weekend. Disaster delay of more than 1 hour waiting times during exit. very poor management of this car park..
There was somewhere to park, but the payment machines are tricky to operated
Terribly managed car park. As like all car parks, there's never anyone to manage exiting. Started to leave at 4.30pm and eventually got out the exit at 5.45pm. Understand Easter Saturday will be busy, but given the size of the car park, I suspect its busy all the time. The pollution from all the cars in that hour is just so sad, when all it needed was a couple of attendants to manage exiting. Saw a few employees of the castle in the queues and hope they don't have this problem every weekend.
