Thank you very much for the hospitality. A special shout out to Rihanna who had excellent service skills and looked after all our needs on the Friday evening. She recommended a great wine and really gave us the personal touch which is why we will recommend and visit again and again. She made us feel like valued guests rather than customers. Thank you Rihanna for going out of your way to make our stay special.
Popped in for a meal tonight and had the most exceptional food and service from Chloe & Daniel on front of house. Kitchen team created a delicious lamb dish with asparagus that was totally divine.nChloe in particular is a credit to the team as nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with style & grace.nWill most certainly be back
My partner and I stayed for the evening from Sunday to Monday. The staff were friendly, room quaint, clean and comfortable. We had Sunday roast which was excellent. A lovely espresso creme brulee and pear crumble for dessert.nBreakfast was great. The hotel made sure my non-diary milk was available and double checked with me on my orders for dinner. So highly recommend and thank you to all of the staff. Will definitely visit again.
Great location and very helpful staff! We and our dog had a great time here. It’s in the heart of Penzance with walkable distance to everywhere you need to be in town. The restaurant 45 queen street next to the hotel is brilliant.
Absolutely beautiful building on a beautiful street! Popped in for some breakfast which was really nice. The staff were attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The interiors made for a very cozy atmosphere with fascinating artwork and eclectic objects everywhere. Will definitely be back!
