This service does not deserve a one as rightfully mentioned by the previous review. I waited for over one and a half hour for the 300 bus to Aylesbury. The first one which was supposed to come did not show up, and worst of all the staff were all useless. I and those also waiting asked 3 Arriva staff members when the bus would arrive and all the said was "don't know" or "it's not a high Wycombe bus so I don't know". The staff made no effort to contact the company or other staff to enquire. They just let us stranded. That is completely unacceptable as a paying customer. The company needs to do better in training staff and increasing transparency. Just utterly disgusting service.

Wouldn't even rate it 1 star. First of all what's the point having a contact number if no one is going to pick up. Second of all the number 32 and 48 towards Micklefield and Missenden is always late. The number one bus towards Chesham pound park leaves 20 past 7 5 minutes toooooo early . It should leave 7.25am. This has never happened before and the drivers seem to not care about their customer's only the money and the rubbish service they provide. Lastly ad agree with some reviews. All their buses get over crowded in rush hour's. Drivers tell people to move down where the hell are they supposed to go as there wasn't any room. Sometimes you push their bell to stop and they don't stop at all. This company really needs to be looked at because it is totally unreliable don't even work for them. I would recommend Caurosel as they are excellent or if prefer your regular cab company.

Always late never on time and the bus is packed with so many people that about 10 people have to be crowded at the front. The bus drivers r really mean. I gave then a five pound note for a bus fare that was £2.55. He got really angry at me for having more than the bus fare and he started to swear at me. I called up the arriva bus services and they told me that they had a look at the cctv footage in the bus and they are going to fire him. I asked a driver once if I could get of here because there was such bad traffic that cars wouldn't move for 10 minutes. I explained to the driver that I was late for something with my friend and he said "mate,we are all late for something now sit down and wait. I got angry because of the tone he said it in and he had a person he was trying to train aswell and he just drove the whole time when the trainer should have been driving. When I got angry I told him he is a retard just as I got of the bus.

Buses are never on time. Very unreliable, but unfortunately it's the only option.
