Shocking customer service at the merthyr store. Other staff at other stores are much more friendly and willing to help. The staff here won't even try.
Credit when its due, I want to say a massive thank you to Miriam from the Merthyr Tydfil store on not only going above and beyond for myself and my partner today but also stayed well over her shift finish time because she wanted to make sure the problem we had was sorted. Miriam's customer service was amazing and she stayed patient while sorting out the issue. We really appreciate what she did! NOTHING was too much for her and we are extremely grateful you helped us. Also a shout out to the 2 girls who was there working also for having a laugh and joke with us keeping us sane, it proper stressed us out. I believe one of them was a store manager, THANK YOU all so much...
Terrible customer service and attitudes. Won't even give you a refund when you're entitled to it. Not even put it o a gift card. But another gave me the refund no problem. Awful store.
Lovely place, system is easy to navigate. Staff are friendly from my experiences. Everything is quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Argos
I ordered a wardrobe online, they brought it today the upper part of the packaging completely wet and torn, the water has penetrated 2 of the boards damaging it. Unbelievable, How can they deliver something like this? Tomorrow I will make a claim. First and last time I buy something there. Totally disappointed. You can have a look to the pictures.
