1st visit to shop as new to the area. Can't wait to go again, and would recommend a visit. Great choice of quality, affordable goodies and served by some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. All were great in The Outlet, but Rebecca extra great and a credit to the store. Went out of her way to almost be our personal shopper but in an affordable, practical way.
Perfect shop for wandering round. My wife insists on going in, spending forever walking round and then buying nothing. I think she does it to punish me. It's a good clean store. No idea if the staff are friendly because I've never made it to the till, but from a distance they don't look hostile. Would recommend for a walk, and they have lots of clothes so chances are they'll have something you may like.
Lots in this store but you need to have plenty of time to look around I would say this place has clothes for every occasion and every age group and you could probably get everything you need in store .not enough items that you may consider to be one offs to many clothing items that you know you will see everywhere but for your basic wardrobe needs fantastic would love to see a few more designer items there for that very special occasion that you would hope you will not look the same as every one else ,maybe they could encourage a few local designers for what ever area of Britain these stores are based in ,and have a few items that are different and one offs there for encouraging new and up and coming people withing the fashion industries And giving the public the chance of something different and there fore the chance to own something unique instead of a lot of the same where ever you go although I find out fit a great place to shop something unique a new idea in every town less of the same where ever you go no matter what the area may just may help sales and a local designer
please check your recepits before leaving the store. I was charged twice for one item. the lady who serve me put my receipt in my bag, got home been charged for 2 pairs of jeans instead of one. try to ring the store no answer. customer service not much help ethier. I know it's not a lot of money, but there not much hope for me getting my money back. wouldn't want anyone else to loose out.
Lots of different boutique's under one roof. - Clothes shoppers dream. Caters for different shapes and sizes, with something to catch your eye in every area. Good parking space with coffee shop on site.
Great store great sale if you can get served their . Waited at the one maned checkout poor girl couldn’t find a barcode other members of staff just walking past the customers queuing, one member of staff came to help her back and for looking for a barcode watching customers queuing all the while, in the end I walked out without my perches and so did the lady behind me, customers obviously not important to staff
I vannca praise the young lady enough on Friday 2nd November. How polite and helpful, my granddaughter said what a lovely lady nannie. Please can you pass the message on to your staff. She was on the tills and wore a black and red blouse with fair coloured hair. People are quick enough to say about the bad but not quick in saying about the good.
Won't be returning to this store if the staff don't improve their service. Emily on the desk today 15/09/17 had a right attitude I'm sure there are many pleasant young girls out there that would be happy in her position
Like this shop as it has a little bit of everything to suit all. I like DP and my husband likes Burton, and stepdaughter Top shop, so we're all happy
I like this shop it's not upmarket but always a good choice of goods on sale. Good parking. Easy access for disabled.
