Absolutely useless store. We have bought roughly five household appliances and every one of them has broken or gone wrong. Poor service as well.

No way is this a bad company, we have been buying our carpets and furniture for the last 10 years,
We have NEVER had faulty furniture, in fact every thing we have purchased has been of an outstanding quality. 
The customer service has been excellent, delivery prompt and everything is assembled and placed to our wishes.
How a person can award one star is beyond me.
I highly recommend Horsleys and will definitely be using them in future,no doubt about that
