Went to get uniform for the Hayfield School. Needed a blazer and trousers for son and daughter. Jane was very knowledgeable and picked the correct sizes for both just by looking at them. Daughter was able to try on her trousers to make sure they were the right size and fit. The main part of the store is still blocked off after covid restrictions but it is staying that way as they are able to keep more stock than they used to. It also means customers don't have to hunt for the right items you just ask the very knowledgeable staff and they sort everything for you. It is a bit of a pain having to trek out to Gainsborough but at least this way you know you are getting the right thing rather than ordering online and needing to send things back when they don't fit.

Went to get uniform for grandson new senior school Started to get served, person serving us was very rude. So decided not to purchase from them because they didn't have half the items needed. Went to the uniform shop in Scunthorpe. Completely different. Very friendly and helpful with everything in stock. I would recommend using the Scunthorpe uniform shop instead. I'll will be giving Scunthorpe 5*.
have been trying daily to contact the store for over 2 weeks now and they never answer the phone. ordered items at a school open evening but not all were available on the night to take away. needing the missing items for pe kit. as a first-time customer it makes me wish i had gone with the other school supplier. probably wont use again.
Really lovely staff coping with lots of parents and various uniform needs.
Told on the phone I could order and pay if items wasn't in store get there to be told I could order and pay for the woman to be told she wasn't allowed because she has to many people to ring I was actually disgusted with her attitude as it isn't hard just to give a delivery date. Been down there before today aswell and it wasn't open when it should of been.
Ordered during lockdown, I was told it could take up to two weeks. My order came within a few days
Over charge me for my son's uniform scanned jumper more than once, and the staff was very rude to me when i pointed this out and very unhelpful.
