I booked my appointment online through a link via email. The online booking and the registration at the reception was straightforward. It took approximately 45 minutes for an MOT, there are water dispenser, 8 seats, and 2 toilets at the reception. There are 9 spaces to park. I purchased my voucher through Groupon. The technician advised that I should change my rear tyres soon. The staff are professional.

Fantastic experience today at ATS Manchester. I ordered my tyres through Blackcircles, staff was ready for my appointment and started fitting immediately. 2 tyres replaced in 30 mins, and they also made me happy with my particular request about the spare tire. I was served by Mark and Igor who are very nice, professional and fun. 100% recommended

The worst customer service experience ever. They changed the wrong tyres. Left the bolts off. Charged me extra £40 just because the refused to accept the locking nut was the correct one. If your a woman don’t go to this garage.
Excellent service and quick too, I got my A/C serviced and gassed, it was completely not working so needed to get it sorted for summer. The guys booked me in and completely fixed it, now my car's like a fridge on wheels.
Worst service ever they asked pre booked appointment for tyre puncture .you booked appointment if any expecting puncture next day .

I have used this ATS Euromaster for the last 5 years, puncture repairs and new tyres. 99% of the time, the service has been brilliant. On the odd occasion,the tyre may not have turned up but I was contacted and re-booked. Paul there has a great customer focus, and a decent sense of humour, especially when he hands you the bill.
