Story

Aram Store is widely regarded as London's best modern furniture retailer. It is certainly the longest established, having been founded in 1964 by Zeev Aram - the first man to bring the work of Le Corbusier, Marcel Breuer and Achille Castiglione amongst others to the British public. That was in a small, white shop on the King's Road.
Now, Aram Store occupies a fantastic, five-storey showroom on Drury Lane in the heart of London's Covent Garden. The huge old fruit and vegetable warehouse provides a lofty 20,000 square feet of showroom space - ample room to showcase the very best selection of pieces from over 400 manufacturers and suppliers of contemporary furniture.
In the early 1970's, Zeev began a collaboration with the designer Eileen Gray which resulted in Miss Gray granting Aram Designs Ltd the worldwide licence to introduce, produce and distribute her designs in 1975 - a licence Aram holds to this day.
