I visited the showroom today looking for dinning chairs and dinning tables. Great experience and fabulous furniture! The showroom is amazing, great selection oh Home decor and the staff was fantastic! Would recomend a visit!
We ordered 40 Boston Bar Stools for our new bar and terrace venue. The stools compliment the overall aesthetic and are very comfortable.
We recently visited Cult's showroom and were blown away by the incredible selection of furniture. They have a wide variety of beautiful pieces to suit any taste, and the showroom itself is amazing - it really helps you visualize how the furniture would look in your own home. The staff at were the absolute highlight of our visit. Even though we completely made a mess of everything trying out probably 15 different chairs with the table we loved, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating the entire time. They never rushed us and were happy to answer all of our questions and help move things around. Unfortunately, there was a bit of damage to the table upon delivery. However, the team was extremely quick to respond to our concerns. They were understanding and offered a very reasonable solution a significant refund that allowed us to keep the beautiful table despite the damage. Overall, our experience was fantastic. From the amazing selection and showroom to the incredibly helpful staff and their prompt resolution of our delivery issue, we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Cult to anyone looking for beautiful furniture and top-notch service.
Could not be more impressed! I had a very specific wish list for a nest of tables. They had to be exceptional quality, a set of 3, gold legs but not brassy looking. My requirements for the retailer were they had to be contactable by phone, deliver within 7 days, offer a refund if I was unhappy and have exceptional customer service. Cult Furnitre delivered on every level! Every single box was ticked. Communication was excellent, delivery was professional with a two man delivery they called me 3 times on delivery day as well as day before Christine on the phone was very helpful as was Shelley. Item was so well packaged it took us 10 minutes to unravel everything. I’m a super fussy customer and I’m so full of praise for this company. It’s so concerning ordering expensive items for the home online, you don’t have to worry about it when ordering from Cult Furniture, just place the order and look forward to receiving your quality item! Job done
Ordered four chairs and a table for £1200. Chairs arrived promptly but one was damaged. They were able to replace it with DPD quickly and with good customer service over phone and email. They used the wrong delivery service for the table; the driver refused to take it into my flat so it was left with my flatmate outside my premises. Dealings with the delivery company aside there were many including rude driver and incredibly restricted delivery options. Cult had used the wrong service and with a huge struggle I managed to get it upstairs to the living room 1st floor flat, and charged me £50 for the privilege. I opened the table and it was damaged; clearly not from the delivery as it was well packaged, but a very noticeable crack/split on the corner with disrupted the table coating and looked terrible. After back and forth emails, they offered to replace the table or refund. 2 weeks later and it’s arrived with a proper delivery team. My dealings were generally pleasant from visiting the showroom through to complaints procedure but honestly, moving into a new place is stressful enough without having to take days WFH to facilitate incompetence from the quality checking teams. I asked for compensation for the considerable inconvenience and that was bluntly refused. So overall a poor and disappointing experience. I can only recommend going to another furniture company, if you’re spending 000s then this stuff really matters.
Unfortunately very poor experience with Cult and Cult Customer Service - we were literally cheated. Bought a premium £800 marble coffee table only for it to break into smithereens in less than 4 months due to obviously poor quality and or cheap material I wouldn't rule out inauthentic either as anyone who has owned a marble table would know that this incident is very abnormal for an allegedly genuine marble. We were only carefully repositioning the table IN PLACE when it broke as shown in the picture. There was literally no force applied on the table nor was it dropped for example. Customer service was extremely unsupportive. They did not honour the advertised 1 year manufacturer warranty nor did they put in any effort to try to remediate the situation. At the very very minimum they could have tried to offer a discounted replacement top or alternative table. Claiming to not have received any reported issues with this product, well I am reporting a serious issue that could have caused serious injury to ourselves! But of course this fell on deaf ears. Obviously would not recommend to anyone there are plenty of better stores in London, that at least honour their paying customers. Will be raising a case with my credit card provider to refund us for this faulty product as well as flagging to Trading Standards both for the unhonoured warranty and poor quality premium priced table.
Laura provided exceptional guidance in helping me choose the right style. She took the time to show me a variety of options, helping me narrow down my preferences while demonstrating how to effectively combine different textures and finishes. Her expertise in explaining how certain furniture choices could create a bold look, and how to balance that with softer elements, was invaluable. I completely trust her direction and styling advice.
Customer service is appalling. When we returned an unused product with their delivery service which we paid for, it is not free returns they tried to tell us the product was damaged arriving to them. They wanted to deduct 10% of the item cost when they were not willing to provide any proof of damaged product. We took so many photos prior to sending it and submitted it so they finally are giving us our money back after many talks with customer service. Major ick, long wait times, really frustrating. Avoid this company especially if you buy online and never have seen it in person. Their photos don’t accurately represent the product and they look cheap for the price.
From the beginning to the delivery date the customer service was fantastic, very helpful and kind with me, plus the quality from my chairs are incredible. I would highly recommend Cult Furniture for everyone and for sure we will buy more stuff from them. Well done guys. Thank you so much for everything
We visited the Cult showroom looking for kitchen stools. We were met by Laura Migales who very helpfully showed us the various options that we could consider. We eventually selected the stools that we wanted and placed a pre-order for them. Laura helpfully arranged for delivery after we return from our holidays. I am glad that we visited the showroom rather than order online because we could : 1 try out various stools to make sure comfort and 2 pre-order and have delivery arranged at a time which suited us.
