A fairly large showroom within easy reach of Tottenham court rd tube station. The store looks very modern and has furniture for living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom amd lighting. The store only has a limited number of items to try out, they have an online ordering system and a way to easily order fabric samples. You can view the full range of stock on the screens available and place your order. You can also see more detailed descriptions of the items with all dimensions clearly marked. They have free tape measures if you need to measure up quickly. All in all a nice place to have a wonder. They didn't have what we were looking for at the time.
Horrible Experience with MADE.com I've had a horrible experience with MADE.com furniture. We ordered a shoe rack on 18 June 2021. We received an email stating that the order would be delivered on 17 August 2021. After this, the Company went silent with no updates about our order. It is also impossible to get through to anyone in customer services with only a chat service enabled on the website. The items was finally delivered on 5 October 2021. When we received the order we noted that the item was defective with a door not assembled well. The delivery of these items are outsourced by MADE.com so the poor delivery guys don't have anything to do with the order and have to face the customers directly. We then go about trying to reach customer service again to let them know about the defective product sent to us. We receive note that the new cabinet will be dispatched on 15 Feb 2022. Its 19 Feb 2022 today so hopefully we get our product a good 8 months after ordering. The customer service representative offered us a paltry £15 for the trouble, a good 8 months before they charged us in June 2021 for a defective product we still haven't received.
Got a very good discounted price on a storage bed that was already in stock so delivered in only a few days. Great delivery from Team 103 - polite, courteous and helpful. Instructions seemed a little jumbled in places but it all went together well and feels solid and good quality. Overall great experience.
I ordered a shoe cabinet in April 22, its now mid October 22 and the status still says its at build stage. Customer service can't seem to give any reason the the massive delay. I would like to know if the product I ordered is ever going to be delivered or are your just holding onto my money for as long as you possibly can. Please provide clarity.
Absolutely worst customer service experience. It’s been a month since I have been chasing a credit and they fail to communicate. They communicate after various emails and no more until a week later where they reply that I am not the account holder after providing them with evidence. Quality of the product looks good but if you need to return/replace due to damages it’s a nightmare. They reply to reviews ASAP with positive outcomes to show the public they are responsive but it’s misleading as they fail to reply. This is my second review.
I ordered a sofa bed in March on a 14 - 16 week lead time and it has still not been delivered. I am currently being quoted 21 weeks for delivery and even that date is not guaranteed. I have received no apology, just a generic email citing 'global supply chain challenges'. When I finally complained to customer services, I was offered a £39 refund of the delivery charge and a 10% discount on future purchases - I would suggest Made.com figure out their supply chain and concentrate on delivering the product I have already paid for before asking me to pay for additional Made.com product. In my opinion it seems this business is experiencing critical issues with their supply chain and cannot manufacture and deliver anything made to order. DO NOT give this business your hard earned money, you will be waiting WEEKS beyond the quoted leadtime.
Service deficient to the maximum. The company does not comply. Total incompetence Sofa with a delivery time of 14-16 weeks. Once the delivery time is over, they start making excuses and delaying the delivery date for more than 7 months. We ended up canceling the order and we are without sofa and waiting for our money back. A joke. I don't think they ever intended to deliver the product. A painful and not at all recommendable experience, bordering on a scam.
Products are meant to take months to deliver and even then, they never delivered, as they kept delaying dispatch date multiple times. Customer service team was difficult, they took 10-15 mins to reply to a simple cancellation request but would end the chat if you left for just a minute. They also asked for security details in the same chats multiple times as they didn't read your messages, and won't apologise for mistakes on their part. Overall a disappointing experience, and while the products look nice on their website, they won't ever arrive so technically a scam.
Awful customer experience. Had my order repeatedly delayed total of 10 months delay with not much more than delivery cost refund and a generic 'it's not our fault'. Requested a full refund and won't use them again. Avoid unless you like an unfurnished home.
Their estimated delivery date for furniture are very bad. I ordered in June and waited for several weeks for the delivery date of a bed and 2 armchairs and they never arrived. I contacted them to find out that the new delivery date for the bed was 29/12/22!!!! The armchairs they had rescheduled to October and once more I haven't received the products. I contacted them again and they can't even give me a new estimated date. Terrible service and terrible customer service. They don't even tell you the products are late so you only find out when it doesn't come on the estimated date. I cancelled my orders after months waiting and I bought from other companies that actually deliver what they sell.
