I recently purchased an L shape sofa bed and I'm extremely happy with it. Sofa is of good quality, comfortable, good structure and nice fabrics. Customer service received in store was very good, the team listened to my needs and questions and advised accordingly. I've been particularly impressed by the flexibility and options available for a custom-made sofa. Highly Sprung managed to do the sofa in the dimensions I couldn't find anywhere else, yet at a competitive price! Custom made, but at the price of other retailers where options are limited. I was also extremely impressed with the delivery timings. I got the sofa in 2 weeks, whilst other places were talking about 2 months minimum. This was a very nice surprise to me, and I was very happy to see that the estimate delivery date was not changed after order. I'm therefore very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Highly Sprung. Thanks!
The finished product has genuinely exceeded my expectations and I am delighted. I took delivery of my 12ft by 9ft ‘L’ shaped sofa with foot stall, on the 31st October, the day that was agreed in the shop with Chris the salesman only three weeks prior. Every detail of my sofa was bespoke from the fabric, measurements, cushion size and choice of legs. It fits perfectly in the space, looks far more expensive than the price I paid and is very comfortable. After weeks spent sofa shopping, I chose ‘highly sprung’ because I was able to design my own sofa, delivery took just three weeks and the price was reasonable.
I bought a Highly Sprung Sofa Bed on a friend's recommendation, and from experience of having slept on theirs many times, and I would highly recommend too. The customer service has been excellent and friendly throughout. The sofa is exactly what I wanted and expected - contemporary, looks great and comfortable. Delivery was flexible to my needs, on time and they assembled it in minutes. All round excellent service and product.
This is the only place you need to go for a fantastic sofa. Firstly Steve and his team are great to deal with, nothing is a problem for them, they can do anything you ask! The sofas can be custom made to your requirements I needed a specific length and depth to fit in to a space Most other sofa companies only do to their own dimensions which is limited. I have bought 2 sofas from them the second because I wanted a change and they have been absolutely fantastic. The delivery is amazing and once again, when I couldn't wait in for the delivery, Steve made sure it arrived before I left for work.... It's always service with a smile Why go elsewhere? Highly Sprung is the only choice. Thanks Steve
Without doubt one of the best furniture buying experiences I have had - having walked the length of Tottenham Court Rd and gone into pretty much every shop looking for something comfortable, unpretentious and of high quality, I found Highly Sprung. Steve was exceptionally helpful, never pushy, and always gave good advice. The sofa I went for was delivered incredibly punctually within half the time advertised, and appeared precisely as I'd hoped. It is that perfect combination of wonderfully comfortable to lounge on, while also being firm enough to sit upright and read a book. It also has one of the most comfortable sofa beds I've ever encountered. I would thoroughly recommend them - I am assured that there are somewhere around 19 sofa shops on Tottenham Court Rd, and this was the only one that did what I wanted, I could not have been happier - Thank you to the whole team there.
I am very happy with my new sofa and matching armchair. The staff were most helpful when I visited the shop and on the telephone. They had an extensive range of fabrics to choose from and I choose feet that match the style of room. It's comfortable and rather handsome. The sofa was made to fit the limited space available and was assembled on site which made it easy to get through my narrow doorway. I highly recommend this company.
We are absolutely delighted with the end product. This was a 10 out of 10 experience from start to end. Amairelys did an amazing job helping us select the best fabrics, colours, styles and did really take the time to work with us to ensure our final product was going spot on. We received the sofas yesterday and I have to admit it far exceeded our expectations. Thanks Highly Sprung for making filling our house with 2 amazing Sofas.
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, can not fault the experience. After initially getting relatively lost in our rented van, we called highly sprung to ask for directions. They came outside the front of the shop and got in the van to direct us to the nearest parking space talk about top quality service!. We needed a sofa to take away the same day, and they were more than happy to help. We were served by Steve, who showed us a vast range of modern sofas before we finally decided on a beautiful high quality cream sofa bed. Not only did we get a fantastic deal, he went even further to show us step by step how to dismantle and reassemble the sofa, before finally helping us to load it in to the van. We were treated with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm, and at no point did we feel pressured in to making a decision. We will definitely be returning to highly sprung when we next need a sofa! We visited the showroom in Tottenham Court Road and dealt with Shah. The showroom does not reflect the quality of sofas sorry Highly Sprung but its true so try and put that to one side. We ordered 2 x 4 seater sofas both to be assembled in the lounge of our flat which has very difficult access. The sofas were surprisingly ready in 2 weeks, we were expecting it to be 4. Delivered, assembled and look amazing. One is a sofa bed and both are extremely comfortable to sit on Thank you Highly Sprung
These guys sell lovely looking, extremely comfortable, sturdy and fully customisable sofas and sofa-beds are actually pleasant to sleep on! Innumerable fabrics options available and considering everything starts being handmade the day you place your order, quick turnaround. Best of all, these guys offer the best customer service ever and do their best to ensure you leave the shop happy! Cannot recommend them enough and have been a repeat customer already!
