I recently attended a CPR and First Aid Training at London Training Centre, and it was an excellent experience. Our instructor, Ma’am Dianne, was amazing. She was very organized and her lectures were clear and engaging. She made complex concepts easy to understand and incorporated group activities that made learning hands-on and fun. Ma’am Dianne's teaching style was both professional and approachable, ensuring everyone felt confident in applying the skills. I highly recommend London Training Centre and Ma’am Dianne for anyone looking to receive CPR and First Aid training.
Don’t be shy about using this organization. Of the four staff members I’ve been fortunate enough to meet - all, beginning with Taylor on the front desk, employment counsellor Tringa and job developer Gord as well as Nicole whose role I didn’t learn were abundantly warm, welcoming and patient. Efficient as well. Whatever my current and future training and employment needs and goals are, this is where I will head. Most impeccable customer service ever!!!
Amazing time doing my teaching experience with Jeff Miller. Quality of material and friendliness of office staff are above and beyond! Wonderful experience.
I completed my first aid training through the training centre on the weekend. The blended learning online and in class was the perfect fit for me to get the basic knowledge and then learn the hands on skills. Karyanne was a great help leading up to the class in assisting with login issues I had with the Red Cross. On top of that, she ended up leading our skills class and was a great teacher. The learning wasn't dry and boring, she kept us engaged and the hands on portion was extremely helpful.
very lengthy and honest review!!! i’m 21 years old, just experienced hitting 20officially considered an adult, IM STILL A BABY, i think i’m still 15 sometimes AND GOING BACK TO SCHOOL ALWAYS TERRIFIED ME DUE TO THE ENVIRONMENTS IM IN, i immediately go into survival mode. because of me being 21, i consider myself just a 1 year old in adult years. not only has the early 20’s scaries hit, i have been terrified for over 6 years due to covid-19 taking over my senior year, i have been scared to return in any school setting and has always contemplated what my post secondary pathway may EVEN LOOK LIKE because of it for years now… and LTC HAS OFFICIALLY cleared the fog i have had my entire life in school. the environments were not learning ones, but survival. and that’s all i have ever experienced for 16+ years is that, i struggle to learn in survival. and i’ve never been able to learn my entire life in any environment, i struggle with adhd, and many other disabilities in terms of learning, mental and physical. and no school would teach me properly, nor would accommodate to my disabilities leaving me to believe i was just like everyone else… i struggled a lot to pick up most of the useful knowledge i could’ve learned in the past when stuck in survival mode. unlike LTC, the environments are loving and welcoming. and smaller. so it’s easier to learn and get educated in smaller groups of students rather than 30+ taught by one human. you are at max going to see 20 people possibly in your classes. for mine at least and everyone you meet HAS A STORY TO TELL. you ARE BOUND TO MEET NEW FRIENDS, LOVERS WHATEVER YOU NEED BABY IS HERE. EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, TRAININGS, CERTIFICATIONS, ITS HERE. that’s what i love the most is the environment is ABUNDANT. ABUNDANT IN KNOWLEDGE, opportunities, GROWTH, AND EVOLUTION OF ONESELF. GREAT SIZES OF CLASSES SO YOULL never be too crowded, you just have to be quick on your feet as SPOTS, they FILL UP QUICK <3 for very good reasons. you WILL BE SET UP with very open arms in these spaces. and will always be open to ASKING ANY and all questions, no questions will ever be considered stupid or uneducated in this centre. i personally went for first aid + cpr level 3 + AED training and certifications, THE TEACHERS I HAD WERE BOTH PHENOMENAL, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT MY TEACHERS OR TEACHING STYLE, or anything to do with them as souls; i couldn’t have thanked them enough for being able to teach me. the only complaint i had was the students sometimes have too much free time to worry about others. and i don’t let it get to me but i worry that others younger may experience bullying from other students in the ways i have. however, the OFFICE RECEPTIONISTS WERE PHENOMENAL. i have no complaints at all forever will be supporting LTC, so thank you and everyone who has made this such a loving and supportive environment for a severely mentally disabled, and physically disabled human. and thank you again, for always providing a safe, and an encouraging learning environment for others who too, are curious souls. it is a change of pace in my life <3 100/100 thank you again <3 rach <3
Joshua is a wonderful instructor! Very knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable. Very friendly too. Made me feel a lot more comfortable about doing first aid. The building was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the day
Had an amazing instructor named Ainsley, she was great at demonstrating and making sure that we understood everything she had taught us. The way she communicated was easy to follow along and wasn't boring at all. I'm more of a hands on/activities kinda person so I was comfortable through out the process. If/when I have to do the training again, I hope she's the one I get again
The session was terrific. The instructor , sorry name escapes me was incredible She was so knowledgeable and really presented the information clearly and you could see how passionate she was about teaching the program. I also enjoyed how she gave a background on Red Cross. Very interesting. I cannot say enough about this young woman. I had the class October 13th at 9 am. Thanks so much . Terri Farrington
Joshua Willer was my instructor for the First Aid and CPR training! He did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating all of the criteria! He answered any and all questions that were asked throughout the training and he kept the class excited and engaged all throughout. Thank you Joshua.
Attending first aid CPR with Joshua Willer as instructor. Was a great group, a lot of fun and definitely got a great deal of knowledge. Josh was great at explanations, definitions and very engaging with class. Highly recommend him and the London Training Centre. 10/10
